Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment.
We accept Switch, Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling Order placed within the UK have three shipping options.
We will despatch your order as quickly as possible. Please allow a maximum of 28 days for delivery
24 Hr up to £250 charged at £10 + VAT Saturday delivery not available.i.e:Friday despatch will be delivered Monday.
24hr Option must be placed by 12 midday for next day delivery.(Although in certain circumstances this can be extended i.e. previously arranged by phone or email. 48 Hr up to £250 charged at £8.50 + VAT Saturday delivery not available.i.e: Friday despatch will be delivered Monday Normal Delivery up to £250 charged at £5.11 + VAT
Orders over £250 dispatched free of charge.International Orders will not qualify for free shipping.Postage charge to be confirmed.International orders are charged at carrier cost, we will inform you via email of charges before dispatch.
Please note that all BFPO orders (Outside UK) are sent VAT free. If VAT isn't deducted then it will be done so once the order has been downloaded. Also please note postage is £7.50 for orders weighing less than 1kg and £10.00 for upto a maximum of 25kg.
Should you decide to return goods ordered, unfortunately you may be charged 10% of the item/s value for restocking unless agreed in advance with our staff. Unfortunately personalised items cannot be returned

If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Returns Policy The customer has the right to cancel an order they have received if this is done within 7 days of receiving the order. You can notify us of this by email or letter. If you decide to cancel the order the items will have to be returned by yourself at the customers cost to the following address. It is recommended item are returned by recorded delivery.
Should you decide to return goods ordered, unfortunately you may be charged 10% of the item/s value for restocking unless agreed in advance with our staff. If an item is exchanged then the 10% restocking fee doe not apply. Unfortunately personalized or bespoke items (for example a goalie smock with your printed name or specially manufactured garment) cannot be returned. Postage and packing costs are not refundable. An exchanged item may be subject to a new shipping charge but will not be subject to a 10% restocking charge...
NOTE : Unless the items are received in their original packaging and with labels you will not get a refund. The item also has to be returned in perfect condition.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS : No postage is refunded for returned items form overseas items unless agreed before hand.
