Price Match Promise

So you’ve scoured the web for the item you need, and (somehow) you found a competing site which is selling the same item cheaper than we are! We understand that you would much rather be shopping with us, and that’s why we are offering you our Price Match Promise. Simply drop an email to customerservice@polimil.co.uk with details of the item, price and seller and we will get back to you. If possible, please include a link to the product or a screen shot of the item you would like us to price match. If you have already placed your order, or have received your order in the last 7 days, then please include your order details.

Please note the following points when submitting an item/price for Price Match:

• The Competitor’s price must include shipping and VAT
• The Competitor’s item must be identical (size, colour, model etc)
• The Competitor’s item must be in stock at the time of the price match
• The Competitor’s price must be publicly advertised and must not be subject to membership discounts, on sale, bulk buy discounts or similar
• We will only match against any advertised competitor selling price which is available to any member of the public, which excludes promotional vouchers and on-line codes
• Our own promotional vouchers, offers and discount codes cannot be applied on top of Price Match discounts
• We reserve the right to decline price matches if we believe there is an error with the competitor’s listing
• If requesting a Price Match for a completed order, please allow 3-5 working days once accepted for the difference to be processed as a refund
• Prices for 3rd party sellers are not included
• Must be a VAT registered business in the UK
• Products must be in stock at competitor and available for immediate purchase or delivery
• Polimil Ltd reserves the right to withdraw the Price Match at any time
